When you use the free mini reading or order a report: the name, birth date, and — if you give them — your email address and WhatsApp number. For orders we also keep the payment record your bank/DuitNow gives us.
To generate the reading or report you asked for, to deliver it to you, and to answer you if you contact us. Nothing else. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list without your separate agreement.
Only the owner of this site (Hoelee Enterprise) and the systems it runs on. The report is generated on our own server. No advertising or analytics network receives your name or birth date.
Free-reading records (name, birth date, and any contact you left) are kept for 12 months so you can ask for your result again, then deleted. Order records are kept as long as accounting rules require.
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time by writing to me@hoelee.com or WhatsApp +6012-797 2969. We will action it within 7 days.
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. A session cookie may be used only where you log in to the agent tools.
We count anonymous page views on our own server (no third-party network, no cookie, no personal data — never your name, birth date, email or phone). It only tells us which pages are useful, so we can improve them.
