After you submit, you get an order number plus DuitNow QR / bank transfer details, and (once enabled) an FPX / card option.

Refund policy

A report is a digital product and is treated as delivered once produced. We do not refund a change of mind. If the report fails to generate for technical reasons, or the content clearly does not match what this page describes, we will re-produce it free within 48 hours; if that still fails, you get a full refund. Any duplicate or over-payment is returned. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
